How do I pay for my order?
All KRM orders are processed safely and securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you don’t have a PayPal account just click the gray “Check out” button above “Pay without a PayPal account” on the shopping cart checkout page.
Can I order chocolates to be shipped outside the USA?
We only accept online orders that will be shipped to the USA. If you would like to order chocolates that will be sent to Canada or another country outside the United States, please order by phone or e-mail.
When will my order be shipped?
Because we make virtually all of our chocolates to your order, we keep a very small inventory. While we try to get the orders out the same day that they are placed, sometimes it may take until the next day to complete your custom order. If you need same day shipping, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
What shipping method do you use?
We normally ship via UPS. This usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. If you need next day or second day air, please call or e-mail.
What about warm weather?
To protect your chocolates from sitting in a hot delivery truck over the weekend, we don’t ship on Fridays, or Thursdays when there will be a Monday holiday. When shipping in the hot summer months or to warm weather locations we triple-insulate the packaging to keep each order cool. If your chocolates arrive heat damaged, please call or e-mail us immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We know that KRM Chocolates are the best, but nothing is more important than your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call or email us immediately. We will work with you on either replacement or refund.
Can you giftwrap my order for a special occasion?
Yes. We pack our chocolates in very nice boxes that are ready for gift giving, however, special gift-wrapping is available for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail.

Can I place a special order?

Nut and Dairy Allergies
All KRM Chocolates contain dairy products. All KRM Chocolates may contain nuts. Before enjoying our products, please consider allergies.
Alcohol Concerns
Some products made by KRM Chocolates contain small amounts of wine. Under New Hampshire law, KRM Chocolates is exempt from alcoholic beverage licensing requirements. However this should be considered before being enjoyed by anyone under the age of 21.
